Randy Smith

Pastor

Crossroads is a church filled with kind and loving people. The world can present its challenges, so it is good to have a place of refuge like Crossroads. It is so uplifting to gather with God's people and worship and praise the Lord Jesus. May the church always keep the Word of God at the center of its life.

Kent Bozant

Minister of Music and Education

The blending of music and education has New Testaments roots. The early church would meet regularly, sometimes daily, to worship God and equip believers. The Lord's mandate in the Great Commission to make disciple was taken seriously by the churches as shown in Paul's letters to many congregations. At Crossroads, my tasks include preparing corporate worship experiences that honor and praise to God and encourage participants to seek a heart-felt moving of God's power in worship. I also help in coordinating the disciple ship mission of our church. Those experiences in clued Sunday School, discipleship classes, Bible study classes, outreach programs, and fellowship opportunities. I would encourage everyone in our church to become a part of a small group such as Sunday School. The Bible reminds us how vital corporate worship, Bible study and prayer are to growing as a disciple of Christ.

Larry Jordan

Minister of Youth

We have a Christ-centered group experience that encourages today’s youth to learn, witness, serve and come together in Christ. Special activities include retreats and fellowships, along with an annual week-long youth trip in the summer. Bible study is offered on Sunday morning and Wednesday night, along with youth C.H.A.O.S. on Sunday night where we discuss the issues of today’s teenagers.

Richard Thornell

Minister of Children's Church

Children’s Church is an integral part of the ministry to children at Crossroads. It provides an atmosphere for age-appropriate worship for the children in grades 1-5. Children participate in music, Bible lessons, and learning activities. Another aspect of Children’s Church is helping the children prepare for integration into the adult worship service. The children are taught the background of different worship elements such as prayer, music, baptism, the Lord’s Supper, tithing, etc. This is done in a way which appeals to the needs of children. Jesus said “to suffer the little children to come unto Me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God”.
